The Zealous Women of Zimbabwe

Choosing a profession you want to pursue can be a daunting task, especially as a young adult. The E in our CREST curriculum stands for Education. At SWL, we love educating young women on all of the options available to them, equipping them with the tools to find them and explore their own interests and empowering them to pursue all of their dreams. Co-Founder of SWL, Ruvarashe Mupedziswa, took our career-prep programming overseas! She had the pleasure of speaking to the zealous young women at Roosevelt Girls High School in Zimbabwe. Over 350 students were equipped with information on the different careers that they could potentially pursue, and they were asked to come up with a plan and to write down S.M.A.R.T goals that would aid them in succeeding in their dream careers.
